The Fibre Metal Laminates Centre of Competence (FMLC) was founded in 2001 by organisations active in the research and application of aerospace materials.
- Delft Universtiry of Technology (TU-D);
- National Aerospace Laboratory (NLR) and
- Fokker.
These organisations jointly have a lot of knowledge in the area of aerospace materials. By combining the knowledge and expertise of these organisations, the development and application of new FML can be done in an efficient and effective way.
